In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. This ticket system, hosted on the MyPaperCloud server in Bernau bei Berlin, supports the Primo-Levi-Gymnasium in the management of tickets for processing technical enquiries.

A valid e-mail address is required to create a ticket, with which you can view the status of your tickets at any time.
